In response to COVID-19 and in the interest of the health and safety of OneSource customers and associates, all of our Will Call locations will CONTINUE TO SERVE CUSTOMERS by providing CURBSIDE services. Whenever possible, please place Will Call orders in advance via phone, website or mobile app for curbside  pick up at any of our locations. We will also continue our delivery routes and are now providing CONTACT-FREE delivery.

This is a certification from OneSource, the employer of the holder of this certification.  We are an electrical supply company that services many essential businesses, including hospitals, municipalities, water districts, utility companies, electricians, electrical contractors, local and national industrial companies.  We help those companies continue to operate by providing the materials for them and/or their customers to receive electricity. 

 

As a result, we are not a non-essential service or company and are remaining open with our essential employees reporting to work.  As a law-abiding company, we will continue to follow the local, state and national laws during this difficult time, and to the extent the government specifically instructs our industry to stay closed we will immediately comply.  We have also asked each employee to immediately follow the instructions of any authorized officer, even if such instructions are to go home.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) IMPACT ON THE SUPPLY CHAIN

We understand the growing concerns surrounding the coronavirus and how it may impact the continuity of products we supply.


Sonepar remains in contact with our manufacturing partners as they monitor and assess the situation and, when possible, reconfigure their manufacturing and supply chains to minimize potential disruption in the supply of finished goods. We are asking the important questions, including those related to plant capacities in China, potential risk of longer lead times, logistical/transportation impacts and overall supply chain disruption, and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.

    The safety and well-being of the people we work with and our associates is our highest priority. As such, Sonepar USA is taking precautions to mitigate risks associated with the coronavirus, including:


    • Adopting a non-essential travel ban and travel restrictions to certain countries
    • Increasing and managing stock across Sonepar USA operating companies
    • Promoting continued awareness through communications and other appropriate resources
    • Implementing onsite preventative measures
