NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR - VoIP:

Job Description:

Solid IP Telephony experience. This position will be responsible for system support of all elements of the VoIP infrastructure; Cisco IP/Telephony solutions that includes Cisco Router, Cisco Call Manager, Unified messaging with Unity Voicemail, Cisco Voice Gateways, Personal Assistant, Conference Connection, Microsoft Exchange, NT Server and Active Directory configuration.

The Cisco Network Administrator IP Telephony will demonstrate strong customer-service skills with various clients and co-workers. Provide network implementation, disaster recovery support and VoIP engineering. Flexible hours, 24x7 on call support and infrequent travel are required. The Cisco Network Administrator IP Telephony will all demonstrate strong technical writing skills.

Job Requirements:

• Experience designing, deploying, installing and supporting Cisco IP Telephony
• Strong experience with IP networking (Cisco/Microsoft)
• 3+ years of field experience with IP LAN/WAN networking
• Cisco Call Manager, Unity Messaging
• Knowledge of Cisco IOS, Routing and Switching
• Experience in Exchange 2003/NT server

Certifications:

• CCNA
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
• Cisco IPT Certifications
• MCSE or MCP
